We strive always to give you the best service possible. Our partners for international shipping are DHL and FedEx.

Within Kuwait, orders will be delivered by a logistics team member.

Do you offer free shipping?

For Kuwait, shipping is complimentary.

All other orders: the shipping fees are directly related to the destination and size of your order and are calculated upon checkout.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

We are working on making your experience as simple as possible, however, at the moment, all prices do not include customs or associated taxes. These will need to be paid separately upon receipt of your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your shipment is dispatched, depending on your location and customs regulations, it can take up to one working week (7 working days).

We aim to dispatch your orders with in 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following day as the store is closed.
